(that you can swim in not flip-flops.)*
• 1 sports Bra…if you need that sort of thing*
• 1 pair moisture-wicking long underwear, bottoms and tops. i.e.
Capilene
• 1 fleece top (and bottom if you have such a thing)*

• 1 stocking cap (essential)
• 1 pair gloves (not essential)
• 1 flashlight/
headlamp with new batteries
• 1 backpack
• Ability to carry at least 3 liters of water
